Once purchased, fulfillment can take anywhere from 7-14 business days depending on if an item is ready to ship.
The epoxy resin used is of high quality, but it is sensitive to UV rays and may yellow over time. To avoid yellowing, keep it away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Do not leave burning candles unattended or allow them to burn down to the plate.
To prevent scratches on the surface, it is recommended to avoid placing sharp or abrasive objects on the Epoxy Resin.
For cleaning, use a microfiber or lint-free cloth with mild dish soap and warm water. Rinse surface with water and dry thoroughly to prevent water stains. Do not submerge in water or put in dishwasher.
